Pennsylvania College of Technology Athletics reported a weekly update on its fall sports teams in Williamsport on Oct. 21, describing recent results and upcoming competitions, according to the announcement.
The women’s soccer team won three matches during the week of Oct. 12-18, beating Cedar Crest 4-0, Farmingdale State 5-0 and Penn State Abington 2-0, the announcement said. The men’s soccer team defeated Wilson 4-1 and drew 0-0 with St. Mary’s College of Maryland, according to Penn College Athletics.
The teams are scheduled to play at home Saturday, Oct. 24: men’s soccer against Notre Dame of Maryland University at 3:30 p.m. and women’s soccer against Lancaster Bible College at 1 p.m., the announcement said.
Women’s volleyball is scheduled to play Penn State Abington at home Saturday, Oct. 24, at 1 p.m.; Penn State Berks away Wednesday, Oct. 28, at 6 p.m.; and Cedar Crest at home Saturday, Oct. 31, at 11 a.m., according to the announcement.
The men’s and women’s cross country teams are scheduled to compete Friday, Oct. 23, at the Last Chance Run Fast Invitational in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, with the event listed for 3:45 p.m., the announcement said. The teams are also scheduled for the United East Championships in Lebanon on Saturday, Oct. 31, at 11 a.m., according to Penn College Athletics.
Penn College’s men’s golf team finished 11th at The Melee, held Sunday and Monday at Williamsburg National Golf Club, the announcement said. No costs or event contact information were listed in the announcement.
