The Linden Access on the Susquehanna River in Woodward Township will be closed through Nov. 13 while improvements are completed, the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission announced Oct. 16.

The commission said the site provides fishing and boating access to the river in Lycoming County. The closure is in effect from now through Nov. 13, 2026, according to the announcement; it did not specify daily closure or reopening times.

During the closure, the boat launch ramp will be replaced, a sidewalk will be built, the parking area will be repaved and additional parking spaces will be added, the commission said.

Boaters seeking another place to access the Susquehanna River can use the commission’s Muncy Access downstream, according to the announcement. The commission did not provide a project cost or a street address for either access site. It thanked the public for its patience while the work is completed.
